Meet Me

Hi, I’m Karen Taylor! By day, I’m a Virtual Executive Assistant, Administrative Consultant, and Owner of Taylored Services LLC. By night, I’m a wife to my best friend and proud dog mom.

My love for everything administrative comes from a career as an Executive Assistant managing the lives of C-level executives in public and private companies. And before that, I played “Office” as a kid, and love(d) visiting office supply stores. Yep, not many friends but boy, did I have an awesome supply of sticky notes and pens!

I help busy (and overwhelmed) solopreneurs who are drowning in administrative details that keep them from focusing on their key goals. By managing those permanent details for them, they strengthen and grow their businesses and relationships, and regain balance in their lives.

Like you, in the beginning phases of building their businesses, they did everything themselves. As their businesses grew, they tried to keep up that pace but quickly became overwhelmed. Soon after we began working together, they had renewed energy and tons of time to devote to their passions, not to mention being able to breathe. To hear them tell me they were able to finally coach their children’s sports teams or increase their bottom lines is why I love what I do!

On the weekends, you can catch me hanging out with my husband at home with our two rescued doggos in the Traverse City area (🍒 = cherry capital of the world) where we live (our dream location!).
